Former Piedmont Wagon Property Phase II ESA
February 19, 2010Phase II ESA field assessment activities were completed at the former Piedmont Wagon property on October 1 and 2, 2009.
Phase II ESA soil and ground water data indicated that no additional assessment or engineering controls will be required for the property prior to redevelopment. The property is currently available and for sale.
